Our modern factory, opened in March of 2015, covers an area of 13,072.86 square meters. We have also purchased a large number of cutting-edge production equipment, such as Yamaha high speed placement equipment and four automatic assembly lines. Now, we are capable of producing 1,000 standard welding machines per day.
We are able to finish all production procedures independently in accordance with RoHS standards, which include metal machining (laser cutting, plate shearing, punching, bending), printed circuit board manufacturing (SMT placement, components plugging in, testing), welding machine accessories processing and welding machine assembling (debugging, aging, welding testing, testing), etc.
Our metal machining workshop is equipped with a large amount of highly advanced machining equipment, including a CNC punching machine, punch press, laser cutting machine, and plate shearing machine. These machines enable quick metal plate processing and sample production.
Each PCB will go through a rigorous and comprehensive inspection process including self-inspection, mutual inspection, routing inspection and finished product spot checking to ensure the superior quality of the finished PCB components.
Our assembly workshop covers an area of more than 10,000 square meters. There are three automated assembly lines and more than 200 professional personnel working hard to complete high quality production processes.
